Who I Coach
My experience as a life coach has brought me in contact with a diverse group of clients – men and women with different backgrounds and goals. I have coached men going through life-altering events such as job loss or divorce, and who feel stuck and unable to move forward. I’ve helped both men and women in advancing their careers, whether it’s through earning a new certification or developing new leadership skills. For women who are seeking to build a new life after divorce, I have provided the tools and guidance they need to emerge stronger and more resilient. And for all those desiring to overcome bad habits or needing career coaching, I have worked diligently to help them achieve their goals.
How I Coach
Life can sometimes feel like an insurmountable mountain, but remember that you are not alone. Feeling stuck is a universal experience, one that most of us encounter at some point in our lives. However, you don’t have to remain stuck. Through my non-judgemental, client-centered approach to life coaching, I offer encouragement, support, guidance, and accountability, enabling you to take steps towards realizing your personal and professional goals.
Our journey begins with an assessment of your current situation, after which we envision a new future, demolish bad habits, and set achievable goals. Together, we create new habits, and I continue to provide support, guidance, and accountability along the way.
How Coaching Works
Coaching sessions are conducted over the phone. In our first call, we discuss your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve through coaching. This initial interaction also allows us to explore whether we’re a good fit to work together. Following this, we create a plan which outlines our meeting schedule, objectives, and your focal points.
In this journey, you are in the driver’s seat. You decide how your story is shared, how your future is envisioned, and how your goals are set. As your coach, my role is to listen, support, encourage, and keep you accountable.
Why I Coach
My passion for coaching stems from a personal experience. I watched my father struggle during a difficult phase in his life. His job loss and ensuing divorce left him devastated and struggling to recover. Without the right support and guidance, he found it challenging to process his feelings and move forward. This experience had a profound effect on me and inspired me to become a Certified Professional Coach. I wanted to provide the support, encouragement, and guidance my father didn’t have, to help others navigate through their life challenges.
Pricing
Coaching involves commitment, and it’s a big one that requires dedication. Typically, I recommend a 3-6 month commitment to my clients. However, there are times when a single coaching session may be more suitable.
